Outside

We all met up, out the front to have some pictures done before we went in for tea. Everyone looked fantastic, it was a great opportunity for us to dress up a bit, for the occasion. Lauren, Adelle and Rachael pose for me out the front. Marian poses as a spokesperson for Deer Couture! Rebecca and Nickie look gorgeous all dressed up!

photosThe JSK that I wore, I had intended to wear as a witch coordinate for Halloween, until the weather turned out to be very HOT! I was glad that it was cool enough today for me to be able to put it together with some other items that I picked up recently. It doesn’t look like it in the pictures, but I felt like a giant black marshmallow!

masksWhen we went into the hotel, we got a group photo in the stairs of the foyer. We certainly look like a very well dressed bunch! Afterwards we sat down in the restaurant, ready to have out High Tea served. Marian and I were put together to judge the outfit competition. We are well known for our high tea escapades and this was no exception!

InsideOn arrival we each received a glass of champagne (or juice). I snapped a lovely picture of Britt inside as she was running a little late.

FoodThe food served was delicious, I rate the scones as the best ones I have ever had. There was a great selection of items and well portioned for everyone. Jordy, Brooke and Kendelle (who also was a little late) were on the next table over.
Coord oneAdelle won our coordinate competition. She wore a Alice and the Pirates Twilight Circus print OP and matching pom pom shoes. Her hat is handmade, the bag is Moitie and the tights offbrand. Angela looks lovely in a red Angelic Pretty Holy Night Story JSK. Together with a black headbow, floral arrangement and gold mask as headwear. The top and tights are offbrand, the gold glitter shoes are from baroque and the sceptre is from Baby the Stars Shine Bright. Alycia dressed all in pink is wearing a Angelic Pretty dress and Baby the Stars Shine Bright jacket. Baroque glitter shoes, an offbrand bag and floral headpiece.

Coord two

Brooke looks delectable in a Melty Royal Chocolate JSK and matching barette from Angelic Pretty. Baroque glitter shoes and chocolate tights. I was dressed mainly in black with some small white accents. The blouse I was wearing is an Baby the Stars Shine bright chiffon 3/4 sleeve princess blouse, the JSK is from Atelier Pierrot, the underskirt from Victorian Maiden and the Corset from Juliette et Justine. The bonnet, bag and wristcuffs are from Alice and the Pirates and the shoes are from Juliette et Justine. I handmade my mask for the High Tea. Jayme dressed in a cute cat theme wearing a purple JSK from Haenuli. The wine blouse and shoes pop out with the florals on the dress. She put this together with a lavender bag and purple and gold mask.

Coord three

Cheryl made her mask to match perfectly with her ivory and wine outfit. The JSK, blouse and lace wristcuffs are Innocent World and the shoes are Baby the Stars Shine Bright. Kairii twinned with Angela in an Ivory Angelic Pretty Holy Night Story JSK. She matched her head accessories, shoes and sceptre with Angela as well as adding a gold Milk heart bag. Kat looked perfectly Gothic in an Alice and the Pirates Vampire Forest skirt paired with a long black gothic coat. The metal mask that she wore topped the outfit off with chain detailing.

Coord four

In Navy, pink and Ivory is Lauren, she is wearing an Alice and the Pirates Queens Coach JSK and bonnet. An offbrand cutsew, Innocent World shoes and a cute mask paired with a navy eyepatch. Lisa all in black goes Aristocratic wearing a stunning black Atelier Boz jacket. She finishes it of with a miniature top hat and black face mask. If the coordinate competition was based on continuing the one theme, Marian would have won hands down. She is wearing an Innocent World Bambi JSK, offbrand ivory blouse abd Deer print cardigan. She accessorised it with deer earrings, a Disney Bambi watch, deer spotted nails and a hand painted deer mask.

Coord five

Nickie was our close runner up for the Coordinate competition. She was wearing an Ivory Alice and the Pirates Trick Hat, Prick Heart JSK. She wore it with a white long sleeve blouse, red tights and black suede bow shoes. The bowler hat matches her print, which is crafted with some ribbon, feathers and a handmade emblem. Most impressive was the mask that she made out of lace and glue. Olivia was one of our lovely photographers for the day. She was wearing a Bodyline music note JSK and matching headbow. Sarah was wearing a new JSK from indie brand Rouge Aerie called Nightmare Rising. It is a sailor inspired dress named after the cthulhu print on the skirt.

Coord sizStephanie looking sweet in mint, wearing a handmade OP and mask. I love the idea of using lace for the mask! Tilly is just as sweet in a candy inspired coordinate from Angelic Pretty, Candy Treat. Jenni on the end has put her outfit together using black, white and wine in an unknown JSK.

Coord sevenAlison on the far left is in a black OP and matching handmade mask. The black necklace that she is wearing really pops out and looks lovely with the outfit! Jordy looks like she just stepped out of the pages from a book, Alice and Wonderland! She is wearing a pretty white and blue OP and matching headbow. The white lace mask goes really well with the outfit. Lucky last is Rebecca wearing a Metamorphose Girlie Stuff JSK. She has coordinated that with a black headbow, lace gloves, Angelic Pretty cape and a pair of white shoes and matching bag. The gold Baby the Stars Shine Bright sceptre pops out as an accessory against the black and white.

It was such a lovely day, out to High Tea! I can’t wait till the next one!
